Sara Wilensky, J.D., PhD
T.E.A.M. Milken Faculty Advisor
Dr. Wilensky is the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Education at the Milken Institute School of Public Health. Her work focuses on financing, access, and health care needs of the medically underserved, with an emphasis on issues relating to Medicaid. Dr. Wilensky has taught in both the undergraduate and graduate public health programs and has co-authored a textbook, Essentials of Health Policy and Law, which is used at both levels of study.
Dr. Wilensky strongly believes in the mission of T.E.A.M. Milken. “We want all students to succeed and find a home in our school. Our diversity is our strength and T.E.A.M. Milken was created to help all students flourish at GW and in their public health career.”
