She is a graduate of Boston College, a certified business manager of the Wharton School of Business and completed her MBA at the GW School of Business in May 2018.
As the former Senior Advisor and Assistant Dean for Strategic Initiatives, she successfully led several large-scale initiatives, in particular, the strategic plan and the school’s first Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce. In addition, Natasha has supported the organization in building capacity in the areas of operations, partnerships, philanthropy, teaching, and research.
T.E.A.M. Milken is a program that focuses on inclusion and how we make members of our community not only feel connected to the community but also achieve success, specifically, when success factors touch on experiences that go beyond what you traditionally find within the classroom. As the Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force and as a person of color in the academy, Natasha feels it is her responsibility to give her time to support students in their journey to not only provide a place to share our lived experiences but partner with them to create a roadmap for a successful undergrad career. It is because of administrators and faculty who invested in her, she sees that it is only fitting that she continues to pay that investment forward. Natasha looks forward to being a part of this chapter in your life.
